The Monitor Audio CL2 M (medium) Climate speakers are designed to bring high quality sound to spaces that aren’t suitable for conventional speakers. Ideal for larger bathrooms, wet rooms, hot tub areas, terraces and patio spaces, the CL2 M speakers are smooth in style yet robust in build.
Durable, outdoor speaker, rated to IP66
Rated to IP66, the CL2 M speakers are built to survive harsh environments. From the fully sealed ABS casing to the specially developed tweeter, every component is custom designed to offer durable weather resistance. The durable construction makes them perfect for not just outdoor use but also in tougher indoor environments, such as humid bath/wet rooms, kitchens, conservatories and workshops.
Detailed top-end that cuts through
Specially developed for the Climate 3G series, the C-CAM black dome tweeter is protected from the elements. It also produces a bright and detailed sound that’s perfect for cutting through the background noise of outdoor spaces.
Lifelike midrange
The woofer cone features the latest version of Monitor Audio’s distinctive RST (Rigid Surface Technology). Inspired by the Japanese art of Origami, RST II uses lightweight cones that are made more rigid by complex surface pressings. The result is sound that’s lifelike and fast to respond.
Deep bass extension
For enhanced bass response, the CL2 M uses an ABR (Auxiliary Bass Radiator). This enhances the bottom end response, giving a deeper and better balanced sound at all volume levels.
