I-Trust Systems Limited Warranty

I-Trust Systems (“Company”) warrants that the audio and video equipment (“Product”) sold by the Company will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the end-user (“Warranty Period”).

Coverage

This warranty covers:

1. Defects in materials and workmanship in the Product
2. Failures under normal use as specified in the Product’s user manual

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

1. Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
2. Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken plastic
3. Damage caused by use with non-I-Trust Systems products
4. Damage caused by service performed by anyone other than I-Trust Systems or its authorized service providers
5. Products with missing or altered serial numbers
6. Normal wear and tear

Remedy

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, I-Trust Systems will, at its option:

1. Repair the Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts
2. Replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product that is equivalent to the original Product

You will be required to provide proof of purchase and may be asked to return the Product to I-Trust Systems (shipping costs prepaid).

Limitation of Liability

I-TRUST SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT.

Duration of Implied Warranties

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
