I-Trust Systems Limited Warranty

I-Trust Systems (“Company”) warrants that the audio and video equipment (“Product”) sold by the Company will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the end-user (“Warranty Period”).

Coverage

This warranty covers:

  1. Defects in materials and workmanship in the Product
  2. Failures under normal use as specified in the Product’s user manual

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  2. Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken plastic
  3. Damage caused by use with non-I-Trust Systems products
  4. Damage caused by service performed by anyone other than I-Trust Systems or its authorized service providers
  5. Products with missing or altered serial numbers
  6. Normal wear and tear

Remedy

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, I-Trust Systems will, at its option:

  1. Repair the Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts
  2. Replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product that is equivalent to the original Product

Duration of Implied Warranties

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
