Description
- Ensure optimal sound levels with AutoVolume, which adjusts in real-time to ambient noise, keeping music at the ideal level when paired with AVM-1 sense microphones (sold separately). Upgrade to the CSP-1248 processor to support up to five AVM-1 units, or choose the CSP- 428 processor for up to two units.
- Deliver the perfect bass level—noticeable yet never overpowering. SmartBass delivers balanced bass, adapting to room acoustics and ear sensitivity for rich, non-overpowering sound, even at low volumes.
- Struggle no more with uneven audio levels between different sources. Opti-Source Level Management, which adjusts the input of up to four sources for uniform volume. Opti-Voice ensures smooth transitions between music and announcements.
- Take advantage of full mixing functionality, allowing input sources to be mixed and assigned to each listening area.
- Zone the sound system to tailor audio for each area, creating up to five distinct listening zones. Control each with optional wall-mounted ControlCenter controllers or the ControlSpace Remote app.
- Use the CSP Configuration Utility app to pre-configure devices, and export settings.
- Right-sized connectivity for cost-effective commercial installation — 2 x 2 balanced analog I/O, 2 pair mono-summed RCA inputs, 8 control inputs, 1 control output, mute contact, Ethernet port, and Bose Professional AmpLink connectivity.
- Bose Professional AmpLink output for simplified digital audio connection to compatible power amplifiers, reducing terminations, and related points of failure.
- Simplify wiring with a network-based architecture, using Cat-5 or Cat-6 wiring and PoE capabilities. Supports both DHCP and static IP schemes for flexibility and scalability.

I-Trust Systems Limited Warranty
I-Trust Systems (“Company”) warrants that the audio and video equipment (“Product”) sold by the Company will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the end-user (“Warranty Period”).
Coverage
This warranty covers:
- Defects in materials and workmanship in the Product
- Failures under normal use as specified in the Product’s user manual
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken plastic
- Damage caused by use with non-I-Trust Systems products
- Damage caused by service performed by anyone other than I-Trust Systems or its authorized service providers
- Products with missing or altered serial numbers
- Normal wear and tear
Remedy
If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, I-Trust Systems will, at its option:
- Repair the Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts
- Replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product that is equivalent to the original Product

Duration of Implied Warranties
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
