Refund and Return Policy
At I-Trust Systems, we take pride in offering high-quality home cinema, smart home, and audio equipment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 48 Hours from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, sealed packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund process may take 7-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products un-sealed or without their original packaging.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Products with missing components.
How to Return an Item

- Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original box.
- Ship the product to our logistics office:
I-Trust Systems,
Chamber Park,
Ajman, UAE. - In case of any maintenance or factory problem, item will be subject to brand's warranty. Therefore it will be sent as soon as possible towards the Manufacturer's Factory.
